• Avoid using a WIDE-ANGEL LENS, like a GoPro, as this can distort the image.
• Do not upload SCREENSHOTS.
• Do not upload CROPPED photos.

MIDDELO is a highly precise measurement tool. The accuracy of measurements can be influenced by photo distortions and user handling.

To ensure the best possible results, follow these guidelines:

1. At the beginning of your project, set a large measure reference (the larger, the better).

2. Configure a wide perspective when setting up your project (the wider, the better).

3. Use the zoom tool when measuring to make detailed and precise adjustments.

4. When uploading a photo, follow these additional tips:

- Avoid using wide-angle lenses (e.g., GoPro), as they can cause image distortions.

- Do not upload screenshots or cropped photos.

If your measurements seem off, it might be due to a setup issue. Try these steps:

1. Verify the  reference measure (initial measurement). You can adjust its value and reposition it on the main surface as needed.

2. Ensure the perspective is properly aligned with the main surface, by using the fuchsia "Perspective" button.

A purchased subscription will be accessible on all iPhones and iPads (iOS 15 or higher) linked to your App Store account. Please note that you can only work on a project from one device at a time.

Currently, you can't share your project in a way that allows another user to edit it.

No, projects saved in the library will not be deleted and will remain there indefinitely.

However, since files are stored on your device, if you switch to a new device, be sure to back up your data to avoid any loss of information.

Yes, all projects saved in the library during your subscription will remain there indefinitely, even after the subscription ends.

 Tokens do not expire; you can purchase tokens and use them at any time.

Subscriptions, however, expire at the end of their subscription period.
