Legal Terms

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should therefore read them carefully before using the App.

License Restrictions

You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

You are also not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the App, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or create derivative works based on the App. You must not translate the App into other languages, adapt it or make derivative versions for any unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited Use and Ownership

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Service. You are also prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems or networks.

The App itself, including but not limited to all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, design rights, content, features, and any other intellectual property rights related to it, remains the exclusive property of Lisandro Rodriguez, owner of MIDDELO.

Changes and Charges

We are committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. The price in effect at the moment of purchase will apply.

Security and Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may remove software restrictions imposed by the official operating system, making your device vulnerable to malware or malicious programs. This may compromise security features and prevent the App from functioning properly. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from such actions.

Third-Party Services

Our website and App use third-party services to enhance functionality, security, and performance.

These third-party services, used to analyze usage and improve performance and stability, are governed by their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Their respective terms can be accessed through the following links:

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse.

Internet Connection and Data Charges

Certain features of the App require an active internet connection, which may be provided via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. We are not responsible for any inability to access or use the App, or for any reduced functionality, resulting from lack of internet access or insufficient data allowance.

When using the App outside a Wi-Fi connection, the terms of your mobile network provider will apply. This may result in data charges or other third-party costs. You are responsible for all charges associated with your use of the connection, including roaming charges if you use the App outside your home territory (such as your region or country) without disabling data roaming.

If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer to incur such charges.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains operational while using the App, including keeping it adequately charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, we are not responsible for any resulting unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or custom adaptations of any kind. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the App remains functional, accurate, and up to date, we do not guarantee that its content, performance, or functionality will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any information, data, or content generated, stored, or used within the App. This includes any work, measurements, or results created through the App. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content, including but not limited to loss resulting from device failure, device replacement, operating system updates, App deletion, reinstallation, or transfer to another device, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its functionality, including any loss of data or work generated through the App.

Updates and Availability

We may update the App from time to time. The App is currently available on iOS, and the system requirements (and for any additional platforms we may extend the App to) may change. You may need to download updates if you wish to continue using the App.

MIDDELO does not guarantee that it will always update the App so that it remains relevant to you and/or compatible with the iOS version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the App when offered.

Termination

We may stop providing the App and terminate your access to it at any time without prior notice. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the App and, if applicable, delete it from your device.

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the App Store.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Any updates will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
